ScanArc's main activity is to operate within the treatment and/or recovery of valuable materials from waste and secondary materials.

The general meeting resolved 30 September 2011 to approve the sale of 100% of the company's wholly owned subsidiary Eras Metal AS. Following this transaction, ScanArc has no operational activity, and the Board of Directors will accordingly evaluate future options for the company.

Scanarc ASA holds a minority interest in ScanArc Plasma Technologies AB.

ScanArc ASA is listed on Oslo Axess (ticker code: SCAN).
